为什么这样说

responsible for 常用于说明职责；accountable for 强调需要对结果作出解释或承担责任。两者有重叠，不同组织也有不同用法，不能当作永远严格互斥的规则。Maya checks the list 描述行动；is responsible for checking 描述职责；is accountable for the final list 强调对结果负责。它们建立联系，但不能机械替换。for 后接名词或动词 -ing；accountable to the project lead 说明向谁负责。
